Development Assessment Process

 Public Notification Period

A statutory public notification phase in the assessment process is required to be undertaken for the application, where neighbours and the community have the opportunity to provide formal feedback on the proposal. 

Interested stakeholders must use this Public Notification process for their feedback to be formally considered by Council, within the development assessment (DA) process. Australian Solar Enterprises (via a third party) will provide notification to community (through formal letters to adjoining neighbours, a sign on the site and advertisement in local paper) when the public notification phase has commenced.

Please note: feedback must be provided directly to council during the public notification period to be considered by South Burnett Regional Council (SBRC).
